Get in touch
Contact us
Drop us a line. Tell us where the project is, roughly how big it is and what you are hoping to spend — we will take it from there.
Project inquiry
Request a consultation
Tell us the basics to request a free initial consultation. Choose residential, partner or vendor intake. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; name, email, message and contact consent are required for all inquiries.
What happens after you send this
- Within two business days
- A person — not an auto-responder — reads your message and comes back with either questions or a time to talk.
- The first conversation
- Twenty minutes, no charge. We are working out whether your project and your budget belong in the same sentence.
- The site visit
- If it looks workable, we walk the lot or the house with you. This is where most of the expensive surprises get found.
- If we are not the right builder
- We will say so early and tell you why. It is a much cheaper answer in week one than in month four.
Before you call
These four answers let us give you something useful on the first call instead of the third.
- Where the property is, and whether you own it yet
- Approximate finished square footage
- A budget range you are comfortable stating
- When you would like to be living in it

What happens next
From inquiry to first site visit
We read it properly
Your inquiry goes to a person on the build side, not into a queue. If the project is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
A short call
Twenty minutes to test the fit: scope, budget realism, timing and whether the site has anything unusual in it.
Site visit
We walk the property with you, then follow up in writing with a feasibility summary and a preliminary budget band. No charge.
The far end of it
Start with a clear next step
The first conversation helps establish your scope, budget, location, and timing before you commit to design or construction.
